About the Initiative

About the Project

Original project title: Képzésfejlesztés a hátrányos helyzetű vidéki településeken élő felnőttek részére

The project aimed to expand learning opportunities for adults living in disadvantaged rural communities and improve the training available to them. It explored approaches rooted in local circumstances, participants' existing experience and their actual needs.

The international partnership enabled organisations to compare their practices, share effective methods and jointly develop more adaptable learning approaches. Reducing barriers to participation and strengthening motivation to learn were central priorities.

The results support adult education professionals and, through their work, the development of rural communities. The aim was to create practical knowledge that could continue to inform local training after the project ended.
