This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the Bakcsó Association website.
1. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small data file that a website may store on a visitor's device. It can support the website's operation, remember settings or, with separate consent, serve statistical or marketing purposes.
2. Current Use of Cookies
The website currently uses no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other marketing or visitor-tracking services. On first opening, it places no first-party statistical or marketing cookies.
Technical storage necessary for the website's secure and proper operation may be used without prior consent. Such storage cannot be used for advertising or to track visitors across websites.
3. Brevo Newsletter Form
The home page includes an external Brevo newsletter form. It does not load when the website is first opened. The browser connects directly to Brevo's server only after the visitor has given prior consent through Privacy Settings. After consent, technical data necessary to display and operate the form may be transmitted, particularly the IP address, time of access and browser technical information. Rejecting the form does not restrict other website functions, and the choice can be changed at any time. A subscriber's name and email address enter the Brevo newsletter system only when the visitor voluntarily completes and submits the form.
Details of newsletter-related data processing are provided in the Privacy Notice; the provider's own practices are explained in the Brevo privacy notice .
4. Cookies Requiring Consent
The Brevo form and any statistical, marketing or other non-essential services introduced in the future may run only after the visitor has made a prior, voluntary choice. Where applicable, the website displays a consent interface with equally accessible accept and reject options, and the choice can be changed later.
5. Browser Settings
Cookies can be viewed, restricted or deleted through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technical storage may cause some website functions to work incorrectly.
6. Contact
Please send questions about cookies or data processing to info@bakcsottkszse.hu .
