About the Project

Original project title: Kapcsolódjunk a Természethez – Fiatalok közösségben, képernyőn innen és túl

The ‘Kapcsolódjunk a Természethez’ project encourages young people to create a more mindful balance between digital life and shared experiences in person. It offers time in nature, face-to-face meetings and group activities as alternatives to time spent on screens.

Through experiential activities, participants discover the positive effects of movement, cooperation and care for their surroundings. Shared tasks create space for conversation, new relationships and opportunities for young people to shape activities with their own ideas.

The project supports more conscious use of digital tools. It seeks to strengthen habits and community practices that contribute to young people's mental, physical and social wellbeing.
