Community Connections: Developing Youth Workers' Capacity for Active Citizenship

About the Project

Original project title: Közösségi Kapcsolódás: Ifjúságsegítők fejlesztése az aktív állampolgárságért

The ‘Közösségi Kapcsolódás’ project supports youth workers' professional development so that they can involve young people more effectively in community and democratic processes. It focuses on approaches and methods that can be used in everyday youth work.

Through shared learning and exchanges of experience, participants explore how to reach young people, establish dialogue and create safe spaces for opinions, ideas and local initiatives.

The project aims to equip youth workers with stronger professional tools to take back to their own communities, enabling more young people to experience active participation, responsibility and cooperation.
