About the Project
Original project title: Fedezzük fel együtt Olaszországot!
The project gave participating young people the opportunity to discover Italy's culture, history and everyday life on a shared journey. First-hand experiences in a new environment brought to life things they might previously have encountered only through their studies or the media.
The trip also developed independence, navigation and problem-solving skills. Participants planned together, adapted to changing circumstances and made joint decisions while trying out their foreign-language skills.
Exploring together strengthened group cohesion, openness to other cultures and a sense of connection with Europe. These experiences can also give participants greater confidence in future decisions about learning, travel and independent living.
