This notice summarises how Bakcs\u00f3 Association handles personal data provided when using the website, contacting us or subscribing to our newsletter.<\/p>\n

2. Contacting Us<\/h2>\n

We process these data to respond to your enquiry and maintain any necessary contact. 3. Newsletter Subscriptions<\/h2>\n

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and, if provided, your name. Technical subscription data, such as the dates and times of subscription and confirmation and the IP address, may be recorded to demonstrate consent.<\/p>\n

The purpose of processing is to send news, programme recommendations and information about events and the association's activities. The legal basis is freely given consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters or by contacting info@bakcsottkszse.hu<\/a> .<\/p>\n

We process newsletter data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent in another way. After withdrawal, we remove the data from the mailing list; limited data needed to demonstrate consent may be retained for as long as necessary in connection with a legal claim.<\/p>\n
